*UPDATED 04/04/24* Final Instructions and Information for CRMC Pembrey

The Final Instructions for CRMC Pembrey have been published on the News page, including UPDATED details about paddock access on Thursday and Friday. If you have entered Pembrey to race or parade, please take time to read and understand these instructions. Rider's Briefing notes have also been published.  

 

After yesterday’s announcement surrounding the use of both paddocks this weekend at Pembrey, the CRMC can provide further detail on logistics surrounding this, in the below statement: 

Sign On will remain in Paddock 1. All competitors are required to sign on with the Race Secretary where they will produce their ACU Licence and any admin issues will be resolved.  

This is open: 

Friday 5:30pm to 7:30pm 

Saturday from 7:30am 

Sunday from 8:00am 

 

Technical Control and Noise Testing will be completed in both paddocks. There is no need to push your machine over the crossing to get checked by a technical official in Paddock 1, we will have staff in Paddock 2 for both Technical Control and Noise Testing. 

 

Riders Briefing – this is a mandatory requirement and all competitors should report to the technical control bay in Paddock 1 for 08:15, where the Clerk of the Course will host a short riders briefing for all. Paraders are unaffected and their briefing will be with a Deputy Clerk of the Course, as per previous years in the office in Paddock 2 at 9:30am

At the time of publication of this News article, Anji Yardley (our busy Race Secretary!), is waiting to receive the ticketing details from the circuit. She hopes these will be received on Tuesday 2nd April 2024, when they will be emailed to all entrants to this meeting. If they are received later, we'll post an updated News article explaining the arrangements to collect the tickets from the gate.
