As you may know, work has been going on by Giles Olley (who many of you will know is one of our regular ACU Clerk of the Course officials) and his team to build a new Race Office system for CRMC. This new website is the first publicly-visible evidence of the hard work that has been going on...
This new website is the start of our revamp and review of the way we administer and manage our race events. The website helps automate some of the crucial data-collection. It will:
- improve the ease of entering races
- improve the accuracy of the information we collect from you
- enable automatic printing of paperwork needed for riders and officials to sign-on
- help our race office team put the race meeting together, saving time
- in the future, we may also be able to send electronic tickets to riders and officials
