Storm Dave brought dangerously fierce gale force winds to Cadwell Park and the Clerk of the Course was forced to suspend racing this afternoon.
Storm Dave forces racing to be suspended
After some scary moments for solo riders racing at Cadwell Park on Saturday afternoon, the Clerk of the Course consulted with several experienced riders who all agreed it was too dangerous for solo motorcycles to race. As we had completed half of the Saturday program and everyone had completed one race, it was a sensible point to suspend racing. The final sidecar race of the Saturday program went ahead at 5.20pm but racing was then suspended and a new timetable has been published for Sunday's racing. A further updated timetable was published at 10:15 on Sunday 05/04/2026, reinstating Race 36:
