Mallory Park are using a brand new ticketing system for our meeting this weekend and tickets were issued today (Wednesday 19th March) using a system called FIXR

**Latest Update**

Posted at 17:10 on Thursday, 20th March 2025:
Our Events Team have been discussing the problems with the ticketing system with the Mallory Park Circuit Manager, Natalie, and they have accepted our solution to the problem of not being able to split the tickets. So, anyone arriving at the gate this weekend with a QR code ticket will be admitted to the paddock. If a ticket needs splitting or sharing with team members arriving separately, then just duplicate or forward on your copy of the email with the QR code and all three can use the same QR code. Paddock entry won't be an issue.

We hope this will alleviate any queries at the gate and we look forward to seeing you all there for Round 1 of the CRMC racing season!

New Mallory Park ticket system

Posted at 23:02 on Wednesday, 19th March 2025: BUT SEE LATEST UPDATE ABOVE ^^^
All entrants should have received an email on Wednesday morning from team@fixr.co, which is the new ticketing system now being used by Mallory Park. This contains a PDF attachment of 3 tickets and a single QR code, along with a link to an app called FIXR. Ben Robinson, our Social Media Channel Manager and Clerk of the Course for Mallory Park has posted this message update on Facebook:

"You should have all received your tickets for this weekend today. There was a delay on Mallory’s end but this has been resolved.
They’ve come through a company called FIXR. Whilst this is a new app to me, I can kind of see what they’re trying to do. It seems to work the same way as the Silverstone ticketing system, or the Twickenham one.
If you are arriving with everyone together (ie the number above the QR Code on the email attachment), that QR code will get everyone in.
If you need to send tickets to others, you need to either download the FIXR app (and so does the other person), or click on the “manage my tickets” button in the email. Clicking this will take you to a login page. The email address your ticket was sent to is the email you need to enter. Once you’ve done this, FIXR will email you a code to enter through. Stick this in the next page and away you go! It may ask you to put some details in, quick and simple to do.
Then, click onto “my account” in the top right hand corner, and select “my bookings”. Click on the CRMC Race Weekend tickets and you should see 4 circular buttons on the right hand side. “Transfer” should be the second one from the left. Click on this if the option is available, and send your tickets to the email address you need to.
It seems a massive task but it isn’t that bad! If you have any issues then please do get in touch with me or Anji and we will help you as best as we can.
Just be gentle… this ticketing system is new to us also.. Anglesey onwards we will be back to the systems we know and love!
Hope that makes sense"

Further to this update this afternoon, we have discovered that the FIXR app doesn't seem to allow tickets to be transferred. This is not what we were expecting, we will be speaking to the circuit tomorrow and will post a further update as soon as we know more.
