The CRMC Dinner Dance - 4 December 2021

Dinner Dance Bookings **Bookings are now closed**

The AGM will take place at 12.30pm at the Mercure Daventry Court Hotel, Sedgemoor Way, Daventry NN11 0SG on Saturday, 4 December 2021 with the championship prize-giving at the Dinner-Dance in the evening, followed by a disco. All CRMC members are welcome to attend the AGM. If you want to raise a topic for discussion, please contact the CRMC Secretary Sally Russell. 
 
If you finished in the top three in a championship or won a trophy at the Race of the Year, you should attend the Dinner Dance to collect your award from our Guest of Honour, multiple TT winner and racing legend Alex George!

Booking Confirmation

We will confirm bookings sometime after the closing date of 6 November 2021. This is to ensure that all CRMC members get a fair opportunity to attend the event in case it is over-subscribed. If you have paid, you will receive a full refund if we are unable to accept your booking. We will however do our best to accommodate everyone at the event and will give priority to CRMC members who have won championship trophies or won a trophy at the Race of the Year.  

Cancelling Your Booking

If you are unable to attend the dinner dance, please let us know as soon as possible and if we can resell your tickets, we can give you a full refund. However, if we cannot resell your ticket, we are sorry but we will not be able to offer you a refund as we have a contract with the hotel and have a pre-pay agreement with the hotel for all rooms.
