CRMC Club Secretary vacancy

This is a CRMC Committee position, an interesting and varied role to help the CRMC organise race meetings throughout the race season and give it's members the very best motorcycle racing opportunities - can you help?
During the course of this year, the club has been operating without a formal secretary and principal point of contact.
As an interim measure, club administration has been conducted by various committee members in addition to their core roles and responsibilities. For several reasons, this has not been ideal. Consequently the committee would like to encourage any member who feels that they have the ability to fulfil the role of Club Administrator on a voluntary basis, to put themselves forward to be co-opted onto the committee.
It is foreseen that the role would include being the principal point of contact for general club business; managing and collating the agenda for committee meetings; minute taking and publication; assisting the event manager and treasurer with some of their responsibilities.
Being able to attend most, if not all, the race meeting would be desirable, but a degree of enthusiasm is essential.
