The weather was hot and the racing was even hotter!! Phew, what a fabulous event!

After 3 action-packed days of classic and post-classic motorcycle racing at the awesome Donington Park circuit, we take a quick look back at some of the sights and sounds of the Donington Park Classic Motorcycle Festival.
With roasting temperatures on track, Donington Park once again delivered some of the best performances in all classes with several new lap records being set.

Not all the bikes were classics, here are some of the more modern bikes leave the pit-lane, including this lovely Honda RC45
Lee Hodge on the lovely 'NEW' Minnovation Yamaha TZ750 at the start of the ACU Post Classic - he finished a credible 4th in the race
Joe Barton astride the big P&M Kawasaki 1260 talks to Jono Yardley on the grid before the race - he went on to win it in style!
Rob Wittey, talking about his first time out on the Sinclair Suzuki XR69 - he had a cracking race, adapting to the new bike and a fairing after his own Kawasaki Z broke down earlier - he finished 7th in the race
