AGM & Trophy Presentation Dinner Dance Everything you need to know
The AGM and Dinner Dance are held at the Mercure Daventry Court Hotel, Sedgemoor Way, Daventry, NN11 0SG on Saturday 7th December 2024.
All the CRMC Championship and Race of the Year trophies will be presented at the evening awards ceremony that follows the AGM in the afternoon (further details about the AGM agenda will follow soon).
But in the meantime, please book your place at the dinner dance, its always popular - and usually sells out before the closing date!

Ticket prices
3-course gala dinner & coffee - £34.00 per person
Double, twin or single room, including breakfast - £73.00 per room (for one or two people)
Ticket Fees
When you book there will be a £0.75p ticket fee added to each ticket, which is the fee for the new, simpler booking and payment system we are using this year. But as these overhead costs are cheaper than the systems we used previously, we've been able to reduce the price of the meal and room tickets, which would otherwise have been £36 and £75 respectively this year.
CRMC book all the rooms at the Mercure Daventry Court Hotel and have negotiated a special preferential room rate for our dining guests. If you are interested in also staying on Friday evening, please contact Della Bufton, our event booking manager who may be able to offer you the same preferential room rate (subject to availability).
